TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

1. By becoming a member of this service (the "Service"), you become a subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement is subject to change at any time. You acknowledge and agree as a subscriber to review these terms and conditions periodically to be aware of any changes or modifications. Your continued subscription constitutes your acknowledgement of any changes or modifications to this Agreement and you agree to abide and be bound by the modified Agreement.

2. Subscription fees will be incurred by the subscriber. The subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the current billing terms. CCBILL IS THE DESIGNATED ACCESS MANAGEMENT PROVIDER.
   CCBill is a 3rd party payment processor and does not share your billing information with the owners of this site.

3. Unless and until this Agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, subscriber hereby authorizes the "Service" and CCBILL to charge subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. Subscription may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform the site owners and CCBILL of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a User ID or password. Until site owners are notified, via e-mail, of a breach in security, the subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. Upon request, site owners and CCBILL will provide subscriber with copies of billing records that support charges for use of the Service.

4. Payment for the subscription services to the site which you subscribe may be made by automatic credit card debit or billed to bank account. Membership will automatically be renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless cancelled at CCBill CONSUMER SUPPORT. Visit the CCBill CONSUMER SUPPORT link for all billing inquiries or to cancel your subscription.

5. Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time and without cause by either the site owners or the subscriber. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of Service.

6. Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of a User ID and a password. Each subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password! Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

7. In no event shall site owners (or its licensors, agents, suppliers, resellers, service providers, or any other subscribers or suppliers) be liable to you, or any other third party for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of information, business interruption, revenue, or goodwill, which may arise from any person's use, misuse, or inability to use the service or any of the materials contained therein, even if service has been advised of the probability of such damages. This is for any matter arising out of or relating to this agreement, whether such liability is asserted on the basis of contract, tort or otherwise, even if service has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall service's maximum total aggregate liability hereunder for direct damages exceed the total fees actually paid by you for use of services for a period of no more than one (1) month from the accrual of the applicable cause or causes of action. Because some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. The service and its affiliates disclaim any and all liability arising from fraudulent entry and use of the service.

8. Notices by site owners to Subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the Service, by a general posting on the service, or by electronic mail. All questions, complaints, or notices to the site owners, by means of electronic message must be sent via the member support page.

9. Some websites which are linked to the site are owned and operated by third parties. Because the service has no control over such websites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that site owners are not responsible or liable for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not screen or endorse them, and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, services, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that site owners shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource. Subscribers further acknowledge that use of any website controlled, owned or operated by third parties is governed by the terms and conditions of use for those websites, and not by this service's Terms and Conditions. Links to external websites (including external websites that are framed by the Site) or inclusions of advertisements do not constitute an endorsement by the service of such websites or the content, products, advertising or other materials presented on such site, but are for subscriber's convenience. Subscribers access them at their own risk.

10. This site does not knowingly seek or collect any personal information or data from subscribers. Furthermore, this site and its site owners do not share, disclose, transfer, rent, license or sell any of the personal information about subscribers that it has gathered or collected with affiliated or unaffiliated third parties.

11. No warranty is made by the site owners regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Service, and the site owners hereby expressly disclaim any and all warranties, including, without limitation: any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services, and; any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the above exclusion may not apply to you.

12. All material displayed on the Service is copyrighted or controlled by the site owners and may not be copied or redistributed, in whole or in part.
